Wealth Advisor - Job Opening

Our firm in Tulsa, OK has a rewarding opening for a full-time Wealth Advisor. The ideal candidate will already be a fully-licensed Advisor, with Series 7 and Series 65 or 66, and a life insurance license, with a minimum of 5 years experience as a licensed Advisor in the Tulsa area.  The ideal candidate will already have an existing book of business to bring in, but will still be eager to continue to grow that book with new relationships.  We believe in service with a smile, treating others the way that we wish to be treated and always going the extra mile.  The ideal candidate will also be unwavering in our beliefs, integrity and ethical standards.

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Building client relationships;
  • Managing clients' investments;
  • Building an maintaining Financial Plans for clients;
  • Meeting with clients regularly to stay deeply engaged;
  • Working with office team and broker-dealer/RIA home-office team to facilitate to coordinate client paperwork;
  • Maintaining files in a manner that facilitates rapid retrieval and satisfies all regulatory and broker-dealer/RIA compliance requirements;
  • Ongoing training and continuing education;
  • Always holding the clients' best interest at the highest regard, and placing the clients' needs above their own.

 Education/Experience:

  • Five years experience as a Series 7 and 65 or 66 licensed Financial Advisor in the Tulsa area;
  • College degree preferred;
  • Tax knowledge preferred;
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.
